In this video, I use my sharp nails and dentist hooks to warm up the urethra and when the manclit is bloody enough, I grab my 6cm needles to pierce them from the inside of the urethra like a reversed crown. The cherry on top is popping the third ball through a needle without using a syringe.
I found out that piercing the head from the inside is far more difficult then normal skewering, it is hard to see where the needle will come out and your range of motion with the needles is very limited due to the relatively small urethra opening. I can't wait for my new urethra stretcher so I don't need five hands anymore to hold the urethra open and pierce the dicklet at the same time.

It has been a while since I have posted, so I guess it is time to give you an update on my medical play and torture adventures. My loyal slaves know that I moved to the other end of the country just before the Corona crisis hit. While I am not directly impacted by the virus, I managed to thankfully escape the infection, it does have an impact on my creative endeavours. At the moment I am without a place to film as the building of my new studio is delayed by workers not being able to travel and or work.
On top of that my ankle has not healed yet. I tore the ligament three months ago but as the hospitals are all full with Corona patients, I can’t get a doctor to see me at the moment. Sadly this means no high heels and even worse…no ballbusting :S Let’s hope that by the time my new torture room is finished my ankle will be fixed too.
Since I can’t use my feet to trample or kick those worthless slave balls, I have to resort to other ways of inflicting pain. I love trampling and squishing the testicles as it looks so funny when they are flattened.
As a substitute for my trampling session I used my shorter nails so I could grip better. My normal long nails dig into my flesh if I squeeze this hard. By now at least the rough frame should be done but even the permits were delayed, the local city offices were either closed or they have a massive backlog of things that piled up during the lockdown. As it stands now the permits seem to have been granted and the structural architects are drawing and making calculations for the rough build. The materials are all pre-ordered and the estimation on the builders side is that they will have cleared their backlog by June/July.
If this all goes through the carpenters can start the soundproofing / isolation of my torture room and put in the floor, ceiling and wall finish. When that is done I will have my new torture bed custom made, it has to be assembled on site as it is way to big and heavy to lift into the space. I have seen the concept drawing, I know you will love it. As an extra upgrade to my torture room I have also requested a few new additions like a rack or a ball-clamping stand to use in my CBT sessions. These are currently still concepts as I want to see the space in real life before I decide on what to place where.

You might have seen the quiche piercing I did earlier, that one is part of a system I have planned. I want to make a set of piercings that will work like a chastity device. This time I have something different for you, a five part CBT masterpiece showcasing the complete destruction of a femdom slave penis's sexual function. In order to make my slave completely impotent I employ my two step process, step one is modifying the genitals of my slave, while step two is conditioning the behaviour of the slave. This is akin to what Pavlov did with his dog experiments and relies on linking having erections with extreme pain. More on step two later but now I want to explain the physical part of the modification.
As you all know from biology class, your little erection is made possible by blood filling the spongy bit of your dicklet. The Corpus Cavernosa as it is officially known is filled with blood when the slave gets nasty thoughts. This in turn makes the dicklet stand up and signal to you that it wants to rape you. As we do not want this disgusting sign of disrespect from our slaves, we need to take action. Modification of the slave genitals is in order, it is time to destroy the erectile tissue.
In order to prevent these nasty erections we will have to combat the problem at the source. Since an erection is nothing more than two blood balloons filling up inside the dicklet, we need a way to decrease the capacity of these 'balloons'. If you decrease the capacity enough there wont be enough blood pressure to make it stand. I like to achieve this goal through various methods of CBT but the most effective one is repetitive skewering of the slave penis.
When you skewer the penis with (big) needles you create small amounts of scar tissue. Over time this will build up rapidly, but you can also use more needles if you are impatient. This damage to the erectile tissue is what we are looking for, you want to have as much internal scarring as possible as space that is filled by scarring can not hold blood. It gets even better because scar tissue is also less elastic than the original tissue found in the dicklet. Not only does the dicklet get less blood, which makes it hang limp, but the loss of elasticity also greatly reduces the size it can expand to. I love to humiliate my slave by making fun of the shrivelled mini penis before torturing it 😀
I like to start my femdom modification projects by skewering the dicklet from side to side, from the base up. The Corpora Cavernosa are connected all the way down the dicklet but they split up at the base where they go into the pelvis. I want to do maximum damage as close to that point as is possible. At this point they are more vulnerable to obstruction (by scar tissue) and torture to this part of the slave genitals yields the fastest result. You should always use the thickest needles you can get your hands on as they cause far more damage than the thinner ones.
If you use the biggest needles for your CBT experiments you can even extract "flesh worms". Since the hypodermic needles are hollow, they will function in a similar way to an apple core drill. You are basically doing a biopsy on your slaves erectile tissue 😀 Can you imagine the damage that does? Every needle bores it's way through your slave's little dicklet, removing chunks of flesh in the process. This will fill up nicely with lovely scar tissue, making the proces even faster. So when in doubt GO BIG!
You requested this so many times and here it is 😀 I use more than 60 needles to skewer and pierce every part of this impotent worm.
