It is an intramuscular injection, it can go in your arm, buttocks, thigh or hip. Injecting the thigh is easier but itโs more painful. The injection does not contain estrogen, Iโd go for a pill that is similar if you insist on taking hormones. Hormonal castration is not my field so you should do your own research just in case.
