We had an amazing interactive "CBT livestream" with a couple of my slaves. They gave me a few nice ideas that needed to be worked out and elaborated. I then adjusted them to suit my style of BDSM. One of these ideas was something I wanted to do for a long time. I always wanted to shove a LONG needle all the way down the dicklet from the top of the head.
